This action has been assigned case number 2011 CV 210 and is pending in the Probate Court of Clermont County Ohio, 2379 Clermont Center Dr., Batavia, OH 45103.
The object of the Complaint is to sell the real estate known as Parcel No. 26-09-10A-660., 26-09-10A-661. And 26-09-10A-662. which is located at 21 Congress Street, New Richmond, Ohio 45157, located in Clermont County, Ohio as described in the Complaint.
The Complaint also seeks to construe clauses in the will which have been crossed through, and to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the decedent entitled by law in this State to inherit the estate of Bonnie Kidd.
You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on 12-8-2011 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
