Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on September 1, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Commencing at a point at the centerline intersection of Maple Creek Road at the northeast corner of lands of grantor as recorded in Deed Book 752, page 447 of the Clermont County, Ohio Deed Records; thence, with the centerline of an existing easement as recorded in Official Record Book, North 79 degrees 27 minutes 06 seconds West for a distance of 730.00 feet; and South 84 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West for a distance of 558.90 feet to the true place of beginning of the following described easement centerline; THENCE from said true place of beginning South 84 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West for a distance of 273.60 feet to its terminus. The above tract is subject to the following restrictions which shall run with the land: 1. All mobile homes placed on the real estate shall be parallel to the road used for access, that is, the wide portion of the mobile home shall face the road. 2. All mobile homes must have underpinning. 3. No advertising devices or billboards other than “For Rent” or “For Sale” signs shall be placed on the real estate. 4. No nuisance of any kind shall be suffered or made on the said real estate or any part thereof. 5. No noxious or offensive act shall be carried on the said real estate nor shall anything be done thereon which may become annoying or become a nuisance. 6. No motor vehicle which requires a license shall remain parked on the real estate for more than three (3) months without a license, nor shall any motor vehicle remain parked on the real estate which is not operable, with or without a license.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is November 17, 2011.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title, and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien, and equity of redemption in such property.
