Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on August 22, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Situated in the Village of Owensville, Township of Stonelick, in the County of Clermont and State of Ohio, and being Lot Number 16, in North Side Park Addition to the incorporated Village of Owensville, Clermont County, Ohio, as the same is known and designated on the recorded plat of said addition to said Village of Owensville, Ohio, and being a part of the premises conveyed to J.E. Shumard by deed from E.P. Goodwin, dated June 14th, 1917, and recorded in Deed Book No. 179, Page 538 Clermont County records.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is October 16, 2011.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.

On 1/19/11, Plaintiffs William F. Thoms, Sandra Thoms, and International M.C. Corp., filed this action in the Oxford County Superior Court in South Paris, Maine, Docket No. CV-11-09 against Defendants Andrew Moran and Robert Taylor, which holds sessions at 26 Western Avenue, South Paris, Maine and its mailing address is PO Box 179, South Paris, ME 04281-0179.
This case involves a variety of claims relating to the property located at 368 Hampshire Road, Brownfield, Maine. Up until August 2010, record title to the property was held in the name of a corporation called International M.C. Corp. In August 2010, Defendant Robert Taylor (“Taylor”) and Andrew Moran (“Moran”) arranged for the Brownfield property to be transferred to Moran by Quitclaim Deed from International M.C. Corp. dated August 24, 2010, and recorded in the Oxford (West) County Registry of Deeds in Book 577, Page 1. Since the validity of those transfers have been questioned, both Moran and Taylor have been named as Defendants.
Because personal service cannot be made on Defendant Robert Taylor, whose whereabouts are unknown to Plaintiff despite Plaintiff’s good faith, diligent efforts to locate him, Plaintiffs have met the requirements of Rule 4(g)(1)(A)-(C) and service on Defendant Robert Taylor shall be by publication.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. Defendant Taylor is directed to appear, plead, answer or otherwise defend against the Complaint filed in this action within 41 days of the first publication of this Order in the Clermont Sun. Defendant must file an original answer or response with the Superior Court by mailing it to: Clerk, Oxford County Superior Court, 26 Western Avenue, P.O. Box 179, South Paris, Maine 04281.

NOTICE
is hereby given to all owners
of tax delinquent land in
CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO THAT:
Pursuant to Section 5721.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Auditor of Clermont County will publish a list of parcels on the delinquent land tax list beginning October 27th, 2011. The publication of this notice will be printed for two consecutive weeks in this newspaper. Publication of the delinquent land tax list will print on October 27th and November 3rd, 2011.
Section 323.12 of the Ohio Revised Code provides for payment of taxes as follows: Each person charged with real property taxes and assessments or Public Utility property taxes on a tax duplicate in the hands of the County Treasurer may pay the full amount of such taxes on or before the thirty-first (31) day of December, or one-half (1/2) of such taxes are paid by the twentieth (20) day of June next ensuing. When such taxes are paid by installments, each payment shall be apportioned among the several funds for which taxes have been assessed.
PAYMENT OF DELINQUENCIES CAN BE MADE NOW
If your real property taxes are delinquent, publication of your name can be prevented if the payment of delinquencies is received by 4:30 PM, October 21st, 2011.
FAILURE TO PAY DELINQUENCY BY DUE DATE
If you fail to pay your taxes by the due date, or you have an account which remains unpaid after the last day of November, and you have not entered into a delinquent contract, these unpaid taxes are subject to a penalty and interest at the rate of four (4) percent of the total amount of unpaid current taxes due at the second half. Unpaid current taxes include delinquent first half taxes, plus the first half penalty and unpaid second half taxes.
If full payment is made within ten (10) days after the due date, a penalty will be assessed at the rate of five (5) percent of the amount of unpaid current taxes due.
