Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on May 9, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title, and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien, and equity of redemption in such property.

2011 CULVERT AND
REPLACEMENT AND PAVING
The Stonelick Township Board of Trustees will be accepting sealed bids for providing the materials, equipment and labor to remove and replace the existing steel culvert pipes of various sizes, lengths and configurations. The new culvert pipes are to be ODOT approved plastic wall heavy duty smooth pipe, the bids are to include saw cutting the road, crusher run fill compacted to ODOT specifications, placement of rip rap and crusher run gravel at the inflow and outflow ends to provide for a substantial shoulder. The size of the cut is to be a minimum of twelve inches (12”) wider than the size of the pipe(s) for the removal and replacement of the pipe (s) to allow for proper fill and compaction. Disposal off site of the existing steel pipes and any excess spoils consisting of gravel and dirt from each culvert location. Final paving of these culverts is to be the width of the existing roads with a minimum depth of four inches type #301 Asphalt Concrete Modified, no sealed edges required.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: BID/PROJECT 2011 CULVERT & REPAVING and hand delivered to the Stonelick Township Board of Trustees Office, 457 South Broadway, Owensville, Ohio 45160 no later than 2:00 PM local time on September 6, 2011. All bids shall be opened and read publicly at the regular meeting of the Stonelick Township Board of Trustees, 457 South Broadway, Owensville, Ohio 45160 on September 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Culvert Replacement and Pavement Instructions and Bid Forms may be obtained by all interested bidders from the Stonelick Township Board of Trustees Office, 457 S. Broadway, Owensville, OH 45160 on Tuesday or Thursday between 8:30 am-4:00 pm. Phone No. (513) 732-3299. MAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
No overnight road closure will be permitted, all work to be performed during normal daytime hours. It will be permissible for the gravel to be compacted at a level equal to the existing paved surface for overnight travel. The paving will be scheduled for the project at the conclusion of the culvert replacement. Prices for the culvert replacement and the blacktopping are to be broken down as individual bids. Combined bids may be accepted as long as the combined bid is equal to or less than the individual bids.
Contractors are required to contact Ohio Utility Protection Services (O.U.P.S.) @1-800-362-2764 or any other utility that may have electric, telephone, cable, water or gas lines in the right of way at least forty eight (48) hours prior to commencing work. The Stonelick Township Board of Trustees intends to award a single contract for the culvert replacement and a single contract for the paving to the lowest most competitive bidder as long as that bidder can provide proof that they have the financial resources, equipment, manpower and at least five (5) years experience in providing the services and products required to complete this project in a timely period. Contractors are required to provide Liability Insurance Certificates with Stonelick Township Board of Trustees named as additional Insured and a current Ohio Workers Compensation Insurance Certificate prior to the scheduled start of any work. Contractors will be required prior to the start of the work to provide a list of all proposed material and equipment supplier’s on the contractor’s letterhead.
No payment (s) will be made until all of the work if complete and approved and all required documents are submitted including but not limited to, Prevailing wage reports (if required), warranty certificates, waivers of liens, material supplier waivers starting all materials are paid in full from all material suppliers.
The Stonelick Township Maintenance Department will be responsible for the coordination of closing the roads with the Clermont County Engineers Office including posting of all signage and detours required for these road projects. The Stonelick Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to modify the scope and size of the project by eliminating the quantity of culverts to be replaced or paving to be repaired or replaced. The bid(s) are to be broken down as individual prices for each location. Each person bidding for a contract for of any public improvement is required to file with his bid a bid guaranty in the form of (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) certified check, cashier check or irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an equal amount to 10 (ten) percent of the bid pursuant to Section 153.43 of the Ohio Revised Code. The successful bidder at the time he/she enters into the contract shall be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract performance bond in conformance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code with the bid proposal.
