Charles Black

Charles Black Jr., 72, of Batavia, died Aug. 3, 2011.

He was a member of the Queen City Lodge 559 and Scottish Rite.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ethel Black; sister Marge Frodge; brother James Black.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Black; children Sandy Botek, Charles Black III, Jeffrey Black, Jason Black, Melissa Sears, Jerry Black; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Masonic services Aug. 8 at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Batavia.

Interment at Batavia Union Cemetery. E.C. Nurre Funeral Home served the family.
