To Nicole Weaver, whose last known address was 101 Bethel Park Drive, Bethel, Ohio 45106; you are hereby notified that you have been named a defendant in a legal action entitled Jacqueline Randolph-Wilson, et al, plaintiffs vs. Nicole Weaver, et al., defendants. This action has been assigned case number 2011 CVH 00732 and is pending in the court of common pleas of Clermont County, Batavia, Ohio 45121.
The complaint is for damages sustained by the plaintiffs as a result of a motor vehicle collision that occurred on June 26, 2009 and the prayer is for monetary damages in excess of $25,000.00 and for costs.
You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on August 4, 2011 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgement by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
