Carlos Kerby Padgett Jr., 84, of Milford, died July 11.
Padgett served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Padgett also worked as a pipe fitter.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy E. Cox Padgett, his children Bruce and Curt Padgett and Rena Young, grandchildren Caylyn and Ryan Padgett, Nicholas Deen Padgett, Vanessa Davis and Trisha Posey Padgett and great-grandchildren Merrick and Brody Padgett.
Padgett was preceded in death by his son Robert Deen Padgett.
Private services held at the convenience of the family. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
