Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendants by filing a Complaint on April 20th, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.

The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Beginning at a stone corner of Jacob Swank, thence S. 42 deg. E. 4 poles and 11 links to a stone, thence N. 62 deg. E. 4 poles and 11 links to a stone in a county road; thence N. 27 deg. W. 5 poles 11 links to a stone in the south side of Milford-Edenton and Woodville Turnpike; thence S. 5 1/2 deg. W. 5 poles and 11 links to a place of beginning, containing twenty-one poles of land, more or less.

Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.

An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is June 2, 2011.

If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.

At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it be tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien and equity of redemption in such property.
