Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on April 5, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.

The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is $703.69 U.S. Currency, which was seized from you.
