Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary students and staff enjoyed the Third Annual Vocabulary Parade in October.

Classroom teachers read Miss Alaineus by Debra Frasier to all students prior to the parade.

Students were given an at-home project to choose an exciting word and “dress up” as a representation of that word.

At the assembly, hosted by a “spirited” Gail Matheny and an “enthusiastic” Christy Sunderman, a King or Queen of Vocabulary was crowned from each classroom. Winners included: identical, effervescence, balance, precipitation, and capricious.
