The Clermont Northeastern Elementary School, winner of the National Blue Ribbon Award, was recognized by special guests at the school board meeting Sept. 17. State Representatives Danny Bubp and Joseph Uecker, along with County Commissioners Bob Proud and Ed Humphrey came to the school board meeting in order to offer congratulations and present the awards. They also wanted to express their congratulations and pride in the school districts accomplishments.
Danny Bubp, Ohio State Representative for the 88th district, was one of many who expressed pride and recognized the hard work put into helping CNE reach this nationally coveted award. The school was one of eight schools in the State of Ohio to receive the National Blue Ribbon award.
