Biking for America’s Past-time, a benefit ride and car show to raise fund for a youth baseball/softball complex in Bethel will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14 at Bethel’s Burke Park.
Events will include live music, food, a cornhole tournament, a motorcycle run, a classic car show, local vendors, a bake sale, a dunking booth, a home run derby, face painting, fire safety trailer, split the pot.
There will be numerous raffles including a 15-20 minute airplane ride over downtown Cincinnati donated by Pink Flamingo, Keith Maupin will be representing the Yellow Ribbon Support Center and will be selling personalized bricks for $40 each in rememberance of fallen heroes, family, birth dates, etc. The bricks will be used to construct a wall or walkway in the spring.
There will be free hamburgers and hot dogs after the completed ride for the first 100 entries.
There will also be free bottled water and a free kickstand plate to the first 100 entries. A waiver agreement must be signed the day of the event. There will be a $100 grand prize for the best in show at 5 p.m.
There will be a $20 entry fee for the classic car show. There will be sun and shade parking available.
Registration for the event will be from 10 a.m - 12 p.m. the day of the event.
