Mario M. Battista, 81 of Bethel, died Monday May 24, 2010 at Ohio Veterans Home, Georgetown.
He was a former committee member of the UAW.
He was preceded in death by his son Mario Battista III.
Battista is survived by his wife Patsy Battista, children Robert (Teresa) Battista, Rocky (Tammy) Battista, Elaine (Joe) Mason, and Toni Bath, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home is serving the family.
