Baker arrested for DUI, drug trafficking

Amy (Baker) Ramsey, 28 was arrested in Goshen on Saturday, March 13 for driving under the influence and drug trafficking.

She was in Clermont County Municipal Court Monday, March 15 as Judge Robert Lamb set her bond at $100,000.

Ramsey was pulled over on state Route 132 for speeding and a marked lanes violation. Police discovered she was driving under the influence and was drug trafficking with prescription pills.

Chasity Haas, 23, of Fayetteville, a passenger in the vehicle, was also arrested. She was in court on Monday for drug trafficking charges. Her bond was also set at $100,000.

Both are currently in the Clermont County Jail and due to appear before Judge Anthony Brock in pre-trial hearings on Monday, March 22.

Ramsey, who was the key witness in the Marcus Fiesel murder trial, was granted immunity for her testimony against Liz and Dave Carroll. The Carrolls were the foster parents of Marcus Fiesel, 3. The couple duct taped him and locked him in a closet when they attended a reunion out of state. He died as a result of the treatment and the couple later disposed of his body by trying to burn it. They are both currently in prison.
