Charles Patrick McRoberts, 39, of Batavia Township, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 in Batavia Township.
He worked as a general laborer for a manufacturer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles McRoberts; one brother, Bobby McRoberts and his grandmother, Lola McRoberts.
He is survived by two children, Charles McRoberts III and Heather McRoberts; his mother, Shirley Pierson; one brother, Timothy McRoberts; his grandfather, Noah McRoberts and several nieces and nephews.
No services were planned.
