Donald W. Gilbert, 56, of Bethel, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010 after a two year battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Gilbert; two sisters, Betty Garrett and Charlotte Earhart; one brother, Vernon Gilbert; his in-laws, Edward and Jane Gilfilen and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 at St. Angela Merici Church in Fayetteville.
