Celeste Irene Young, 71, of New Richmond, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009. She was born Sept. 24, 1938. Funeral services were held Jan. 2, 2010 at New Richmond Church of God.

Ada Cansada Crowder, 99, of Cincinnati, died Monday, Dec. 28, 2009. Funeral services were held Dec. 31 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Landmark Memorial Gardens.

Jean Margaret Miller Randolph, 79, of Amelia, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Jan. 4, 2010 at St. Thomas More Church.

John E. Bauer, 67, of Cincinnati, died Monday, Dec. 28, 2009. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Dec. 31 at St. Mary Church in Bethel. Interment at St. Louis Cemetery.

Faye G. Garman Hayes, 92, of Milford, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Hayes worked at Wright Aeronautical during World War II. Funeral services were held Jan. 2, 2010 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory in Milford.

Ruth “Polly” Hayden, 81, of Batavia, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009. Funeral services were held Jan. 2, 2010 at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Memory Gardens in Madison, W. Va.

We have been working in the carpenter shop, building small Cedar Chests. They are so pretty. I have written about the two outside cats, they sleep in the side of the carpenter shop. Each morning Richochette is at the door for his breakfast. I will call Summer, and here he comes walking.
