A Milford man was arrested for allegedly attempting to pull over motorists on the exit ramp from I-275 to Beechmont Avenue approximately 9:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18.
According to Union Township police, he used his vehicle, a blue Jeep Liberty, to force the drivers to stop.
Charles Moeller, 64, of Milford, told one driver that he was a state trooper, but the driver fled the scene after he became was suspicious of Moeller. Allegedly Moeller told the driver that he would show him his gun when the driver asked to see his badge.
