UC Clermont to offer real estate classes

UC Clermont College will offer accelerated real estate pre-license classes in a new weekend class format to prepare students to take the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam beginning Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010 at the campus in Batavia.

The four required state of the art courses have been developed in consultation with local real estate professionals.

According to Bill Wise, Assistant Professor of Business and program coordinator, “Our students continue to report back to us that these courses are among the best available in southwestern Ohio to fully prepare them to successfully pass the real estate exam. We’re pleased to offer this innovative weekend schedule for students who are unable to attend weekday classes.”

As an additional benefit, these courses can offer students up to 12 college credit hours through the University of Cincinnati Clermont College - at no extra charge.

The Winter Weekend Session of classes is scheduled to meet Jan. 9 - Feb. 27, from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday.

Classes will be held at the UC Clermont College campus conveniently located just minutes from State Route 32 in Batavia.
