Jordan Anthony Fuhrman, 15, of Milford, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, in Cincinnati.
He was a student.
He is survived by his parents, David and Kathryn Walsh Fuhrman; two sisters, Reagan and Morgan Fuhrman; grandparents, Mary Walsh, Al and Judy Walsh and David and Kathy Fuhrman and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held Nov. 21 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Milford.
