Donna Lorena Lewis, 56, of Goshen, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009.
Mrs. Lewis had worked as a machine operator for a manufacturing company.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Salcedo.
She is survived by one son, Michael Lewis; two daughters, Jessie (Tim) Alcorn and Teresa (Jeff) Lewis; four grandchildren, Jarica, Jefferey, Jared and Ellyon; two brothers, Mike Salcedo and Delbert Ellis; three sisters, Dorothy (Bobby) Reynolds, Connie Mackey and Deborah Bull; best friend, Pat Thompson and nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Nov. 17 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.
Interment at Myers Cemetery in Goshen.
