Pierce Township detective promoted

Pierce Township Detective Bryan Burke was promoted to Police Lieutenant effective Sept. 1. For Lt. Burke it continues a proud family tradition.
His father John Burke was a Sergeant with Cincinnati Police Department and Commanded the Pharmaceutical Diversion Unit. He is now the Commander of the Warren County Drug Task Force.
Bryan’s father-in-law is a retired Cincinnati Police Captain and Bryan’s step-brother Jason Doerman is a police officer with Pierce Township as the School Resource Officer. Bryan has served the residents of Pierce Township for 12 years.
Ms. Bonnie Batchler, Pierce Township Trustee, administred the oath to Lt. Burke.
