Only one school board member was reelected by voters in New Richmond on Tuesday, Nov. 3. With three open seats and seven candidates, the voters made their choices.

Kevin Walriven received 1,215 votes to keep his seat on the board. Ben Bird and Frederick Heflin will fill the other seats. Bird received 1,542 votes and Heflin received 1,208 votes. Heflin beat incumbent Kim Hayden by two votes. She received 1,206 votes.
