Donna Jean Potts Epperhart, 50, of Hamersville, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009. She was born May 31, 1959, the daughter of Charles D. and Marjorie Linkous Potts.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Bryon Potts.
She is survived by one son, Matthew Martin; two daughters, Jennifer and Amanda and five grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Nicole, Brandon and Hannah.
Funeral services were held Oct. 14, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel.
Interment at Tate Township Cemetery.
