The Clermont Conservation District Banquet will be held Thursday, Oct. 29 in the Multi-Purpose Building at the Fairgrounds in Owensville.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $4 for children (12 and under) and must be purchased in advance.
The general public is invited to come and learn more about what’s being done in Clermont County to encourage a balance of community growth and conserving our beautiful natural resources.
New this year is a silent auction to help raise funds to further conservation education in Clermont County. Theme baskets will go to the highest bidder as will other valuable items such as power tools and works of art.

The district will be electing two board supervisors to serve 3-year terms starting Jan. 1. Candidates include current supervisor Joe Glassmeyer of Felicity, David Smith of Batavia and Krista Nutter of Milford. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and voting polls for SWCD board supervisor will remain open until 6:45 pm.
After dinner festivities include conservation awards, a brief district update, and the beautiful singing of Anna Belgin. Anna and Milovan will be providing the entertainment at the banquet.
