Sam’s Club donates to Felicity teachers

Sam’s Club at Eastgate recently awarded 10 Felicity-Franklin teachers (randomly selected out of a hat) $100 gift certificates to be used at Sam’s or Walmart.

The school was nominated by a parent in our district that works for Sam’s club and the employees voted for our school to be the recipients of the $1,000.

This program is designed to give back to teachers because it has been determined that teachers spend over $500 of their own money on their classrooms each year. There was a drawing along with danishes (provided by Sam’s Club) and coffee before school started.
