Judy Annette Lewis, 59, of Madeira, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at her home. She was born Oct. 5, 1949, in Leon, Iowa, the daughter of Albert and Jean Taylor of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Mrs. Lewis was a faithful servant of God who was a part of the Georgetown community for the past 13 years. She was employed at Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley and Georgetown Exempted Village Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by her children, Matthew, Wendy, Susan, and Nathanael and their father, Dennis Lewis; three grandchildren, Kobe, Lincoln and Abel; four brothers, Steve (Carolyn), Dan, Dave (Debbie) and John Taylor; two sisters, Rebecca (Duane) Dent and Susan (Johnny) Yu and numerous friends.

A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Georgetown Church of Christ with Pastor Scott Hennig officiating.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.

Evans Funeral Home in Columbus served the family.
