Jake Jones, recent Glen Este High School graduate, signed a letter-of-intent to further his studies and continue his athletic career at Cincinnati State. He received a full athletic scholarship.
His goal is to become a physical therapist.
Jones was a four-year letterman in soccer, a sport in which he earned Fort Ancient Valley Conference Buckeye Division all-star status (twice) and was all-city (once). In his one season of varsity football he established a new Clermont County record by kicking a 49-yard field goal which certainly helped him earned all-conference status on the gridiron, too. He was a four-time scholar-athlete.
