The parents of an 11-day-old infant girl who died Dec. 20, 2008 were in court on Aug. 28.
Samantha Smith, 25, of Loveland and John Foster, 26, of Milford were each charged with involuntary manslaughter and two counts of endangering children in the death of their daughter. The couple were indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury in March of this year.
On Dec. 20, 2008, Smith called 911 to report that her 11-day-old daughter, Caroline, was not breathing.
