Boxing 4 Fitness is a passion brought to fruition by certified athletic trainer Brian Simpson of Amelia.

He teaches Boxing 4 Fitness three days a week to spirited classes of enthusiasts at the Beechmont Racquet and Fitness Club in Cherry Grove.

Simpson began this program six months ago and is very pleased with its growth and success.

“I stress core training. High intensity interval training with 60 seconds on the workout and a 30-second rest,” he said.
