The Monroe Grange Ice Cream Social will be held July 11

Howdy folks,

By the time some of you read this you will have missed it, but Saturday July 11 from 5-7 p.m. will be the Monroe Grange Ice Cream Social, so those of you who still can, come out and enjoy sandwiches, cake, pie, and homemade ice cream.

The Grange hall is at 2644 state Route 222 in Nicholsville. This is open to the public, and the food and soft drinks or coffee, are individually priced. Also the Fox Farm Gospel Sing is Saturday July 11 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Newtonsville Hutchinson Road, out of Owensville. This is free, so go and enjoy too.

Well, we lost another good friend to the Lord. This feller was a farmer and a hard worker, he also had a dairy of 40 cows.
