The Thomas A. Wildey School, in Owensville, received a spring cleaning on Friday, June 12, when 100 volunteers entered the doors ready to help.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Loveland, has a volunteer program which provides youth opportunities to be of service to the community.

According to Lisa Davis, director of community services for the Clermont County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, the group was on hand throughout the day to assist wherever there was a need.

The large group arrived the night before in preparation for the event and camped behind the school.
