Anthony J. “Tony” Trasser, 84, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009, in Anderson Township.
He was born May 12, 1924, in Cincinnati.
Mr. Trasser was a volunteer fireman for Batavia Joint Central Fire and EMS, a volunteer at Clermont Mercy Hospital and was a 50 year member of Holy Trinity Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juliana E. Kreis Trasser.
He is survived by four sons, Anthony, Richard, Michael and John Trasser; three daughters, Juliana Barrel, Teresa Smithers and Margaret Ezell; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial was held April 24, at Holy Trinity Church, in Batavia.
Interment at St. Philomena Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
