Stanley W. George Sr., 66, of Bethel, died Monday, March 30, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Faye George.
He is survived by two sons, Stan (Mary) George Jr., Darren George; two daughters, Susan (Tim) Swearingen and Jennifer (Michael Carpenter) George; his mother-in-law, Elinor Spencer; four grandchildren, Michael and Deborah George, Rachel Swearingen and Taylor Carpenter; one brother, Raymond George and two sisters, Nora Belle and Ethel Davis.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, in Bethel.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the funeral home.
Interment at Tate Township Cemetery.
