John Moses Williams, 72, of Blanchester, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009, in New Burlington.
Mr. Williams had served as a Specialist Third Class in the U.S. Army and a laborer with contractor services.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Bruce, Gene, Jemsey and Elvin and five sisters, Linda, Ada, Della, Maxine and Audie.
He is survived by his wife, Margie L. Williams; three sons, John Ray (Rosa) Williams, Jim (Kathy) Williams and Jeff (Shanna) Williams; nine grandchildren, Jeffery, Jonathan, Emily, Eric, Evan, Joey, Jonathan, Jeremy and Josh and two sisters, Patsy Capps and Geneva Williams.
Funeral services were held Feb. 2, at Evans Funeral Home, in Goshen.
Interment at Clinton Memory Gardens, in Wilmington.
