David Ray Meade, 57, of Felicity and formerly of Bethel, died Jan. 6, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Kay Benjamin Meade; one brother, Carl Lee Meade and one sister, Jacqueline Dodson.
He is survived by two sons, David Ray Meade Jr. and Andrew (Rachael) Meade; two daughters, Sheila Laurine (Donald) McClanahan and Valerie Ann Wachter; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; six brothers, Euell (Rita) Meade Jr., Lonnie (Carolyn) Meade, Larry (Deloris) Meade, Roger (Becky) Meade, Dennis (Eva) Meade and Scottie (Barb) Meade; one sister, Betty Fay Meade and many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 10, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, in Bethel.
Interment at Tate Township Cemetery.
