On Tuesday, Jan. 13, Clermont County deputies responded to a call regarding a vehicle parked at 1983 Bethel New Richmond Road. A body was found in the vehicle and the man was identified as Oscar Hoskins, 43, of Bainum Road, in New Richmond.
“There was no indication or evidence of foul play at the scene,” said Sheriff A. J. “Tim” Rodenberg. “A cause of death will hopefully be determined after the postmortem exam and lab tests and screening.”
