Toby Allen Gadzinski, 31, formerly of Milford, died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, in Naples.
He was a food service worker in a restaurant.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richmond Trent, Roger Gadzinski and Diane Gadzinski.
He is survived by his parents, Michael R. and Helen Ruth Trent Gadzinski; two brothers, Jason (Marilyn) Gadzinski and Michael O. (Stacey) Gadzinski; one sister, Stephanie (Jamie) Young; grandmother, Ruby White; two nieces and one nephew, Destiny Gadzinski, Landen Gadzinski and Kaylee Young; dear friend, Kenny Frith and seven aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held Jan. 2, 2009 at Evans Funeral Home.
Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens, in Milford.
