The Cardinal Club, a unique county partnership that has been formed by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Clermont County, is a new after-school club for students ages 6 through 18 at the Felicity-Franklin School building.

Funded by a grant from the Clermont County Juvenile Court, a donation from Jeff Wyler, and a partnership with the Felicity-Franklin School District, the Cardinal Club will open this summer.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Clermont executive director Nancy Ball said that the new Cardinal Club will be a place for kids to go after school and receive support and guidance in order to become responsible adults.

“The partnership with the schools will enable Club staff to assist children with their homework each day and to coordinate programs that are focused on the school’s educational priorities and to deliver enriching, life-changing programs the Club has successfully implemented in the county for the past 12 years,” Ball said.
