Billy Couch, Jr., 43, of Mt. Orab, died July 6, 2008. He was born on Sept. 6, 1964 in Covington.
He was preceded in death by father, Billy Couch, Sr.
He is survived by mother, Gladys S. Stephens; daughter, Alyssa Couch; sister, Brenda Couch; three nephews; and two great-nephews.
Funeral services were held July 10 at the Megie Funeral Home in Mt. Orab.
Memorials may be made to the Couch Family Memorial Fund, in care of U.S. Bank inside the Kroger building in Mt. Orab.
