Richard E. Haas, 78, of Pierce Township, died June 23, 2008.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence, Charles, and Joe Haas; and sister, Emma Hamilton.
He is survived by wife, Diane (nee Hodge) Haas; sons, Rick (Diane) and Randy (Angie) Haas; daughters, Patty (John) Wilder, Penni Frost, Stephanie (Steve) Smith, and Michelle (Brandon) Haston; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Martha (Ed) Metzger and Connie (John) West.
Funeral services were held June 27 at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in New Richmond. Burial followed at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
