Goshen Township resident Artie D. Vineyard has been arrested and charged with drug trafficking.
Vineyard, 22, was served with a search warrant at 8:30 a.m. April 24 at his residence in the 400 block of Country Lake Circle by Goshen Police Corporal Ron Robinson after allegedly selling marijuana to an undercover police informant on four separate occasions since February.
According to Goshen communications director Mandy Storer, at least one of the drug sales occurred in the presence of young children in the parking lot of the Country Lake apartment complex where Vineyard resides.
Storer reports that the suspect stated that he could attain up to one pound of marijuana at any given time for sale.
