Larry Eugene Forman, 67, of Hamilton Township, died April 12, 2008. He was a concrete truck driver for Building Trades.

He was preceded in death by sister, Elleen Biggs.

He is survived by wife, Shirley Neace Forman; sons, Harry and William King, and Larry and David Forman, and Gary Croner; daughters, Karen Shope, Ineva King, Crystal Lawrence, Kimberly Simpson, and Sherry and Sandy Forman; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Bonnie Reeseman.

Funeral services were held April 15 at the Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.

Memorials may be made to the Evans Funeral Home, to help with funeral expenses.
