Patsy L. Collins, 74, of Amelia, died April 4, 2008. She was born on April 4, 2008 in South Bend, Ind.
She was preceded in death by husband, Chuck Collins; daughters, Barbara A. Copis and Alice Collins; and grandson, Dusty Cassady.
She is survived by sons, Leon, Michael, and David Cassady; daughters, Michelle (Oscar) Arechiga and Sandy (Jeff) Duncan; grandchildren, Dustin White, Stevie Duncan, Allison Cassady, Craig Allison. Shane and Brandon McCluskey, David and Danielle Arechiga, and Angela and Cassandra Cassady; nine great-grandchildren, sister, Marie French; brother, Jack Asher; and best friends, Jim and Rosie Jeffreys.
Graveside funeral services were held April 15 at the Mt. Orab Cemetery.
The Megie Funeral Home in Mt. Orab is serving the needs of the family.
