TATA Consultancy Services, one of the premiere information technology, business solutions, outsourcing, and consulting companies in the world, celebrated the grand opening of its brand new North American Delivery Center in Milford March 17.
Attended by many local and state officials, and presided over by Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, the grand opening celebration included an official ribbon-cutting, opening and closing addresses, a lamp-lighting ceremony, and a facility tour.
The 220 wooded acre facility, located in the Park 50 TechneCenter, called the TCS Seven Hills Park, will serve as the main software development and delivery center for the company’s thousands of North American customers.
The new facility, which is the largest TCS facility in North America, includes 200,000 square feet of office space and can hold up to 1,000 TCS employees, most of which the company has committed to recruiting locally.
