David Randall Smith, 61, died Feb. 5, 2008. He was born on Nov. 29, 1946.
He is survived by wife, Beverly Smith; daughters, Amanda Seiler, Krista Mahaffey, Kim Hacker, and Jill Hacker; grandchildren, Matthew Seiler and Jocilyn Mahaffey; brother, John (Kathy) Smith; sisters, Chris (Bill) Marsh and Lorri Lange; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Feb. 9 at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. The E.C. Nurre Funeral Home is serving the needs of the family.
