The children of convicted murderers Liz and David Carroll will temporarily remain in the custody of David Carroll’s mother Debra Hounshell.

Clermont County Juvenile Court judge Stephanie Wyler handed down the custody decision regarding the children of Liz and David Carroll in a courtroom hearing Jan. 28.

The four children, three boys and one girl, have been living with their grandmother Hounshell since Aug. 6.

Liz and David Carroll, who bound up and left foster child Marcus Fiesel to die in a closet of their rented Union Township residence in the Fall of 2006, were convicted of murdering the developmentally challenged boy (Liz Carroll was found guilty by a county jury and David Carroll plead guilty in a plea bargain) in Feb. 2007.
