The Jackson Township trustees have voted to place a 2.0 mill replacement levy on the ballot this Spring.

On March 4, voters in the township will determine whether or not to approve a new replacement levy that will increase taxes for the township’s fire and emergency medical services.

According to the Clermont County Auditor’s Office, the five-year levy will cost the owner of a $50,000 home an annual $30.62; this represents an increase of $3.20 over the current cost of $27.42 that township residents are currently paying for fire and emergency medical services.
