Clermont County’s varsity boys high school basketball teams have not been tremendously successful in the early going.
Fortunately, it has not been a complete wipe out. Bethel-Tate and Milford were victorious in their respective season openers.
Bethel-Tate
The Fighting Tigers were very impressive in their opener before a very happy home crowd in a convincing 71-45 victory over Cincinnati Country Day’s Indians in a non-league affair.
Several times this writer has seen the Hamilton countians run up the score on weak Bethel-Tate teams, but this game was very gratifying to long-time Clermont County sports enthusiasts.
