New Richmond’s Village Chritmas celebration was held Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7-8.
The event featured crafts, food, and many activities.
The ceremonial lighting of the village Christmas tree took place at 8 p.m. Friday, and there was seasonal music to enjoy at various locations in the downtown area.
On Saturday, Santa and Mrs. Claus made their traditional arrival by boat. Santa met with many children after his arrival.
Later in the afternoon, the rein dog parade was held to the delight of all – two and four legged creatures alike!
